Townhouse Garden Redesign – Welwyn Garden City
We were asked to help transform the garden of a modern townhouse in Welwyn Garden City. The soil quality was poor, the lawn tired and decking weathered and old.
After carrying out a garden consultation with the customer, it was agreed that we would remove the decking and replace with a black limestone paving area. We recommended increasing the size of the seating area, to accommodate garden furniture and a BBQ. We also discussed installing raised sleeper beds, with enriched compost to improve the standard and variation of planting. The raised borders would give the small garden some much needed definition. The team managed to complete this garden in one week and the customer was very happy with the result.
